Why Does My Daily Low-grade Fever Persist After A Fortnight Of Isolation Despite Only Mild Cough And Cold?

My fever is not going generally daily 99.5 temp in between 11.am to 5 pm in afternoon comes I have been under isolation since 14 days , Oxygen label is gen 97 to 98 and others well some cough and slightly cold is available ,I have vaccinated my first dose on 10 march 2021 pl advise,I have taken Azithrol 500 1week, zincovit and limcee is going on , Doxycycline-ldr forte since 6 days as well as Calpol 650mg more than 1 week ,also limolid HF three days and ivermectin 5 days, pl advice
