Why Does My Glans Penis Become Wrinkled After Washing?

Why does my Glans Penis become extremely wrinkled after washing and the foreskin is left back? All elasticity seems to have gone. Recently, after intercourse, my inner foreskin seemed to adhere to the surface of the Glans and actually peel off a section of the Glans which was acutely painful and caused bleeding. Am 64 Years old. Have had tests at GUM clinic for diseases which proved negative. Was given Canestan HC there to elliminate some reddish blotches.
