Why Does My Heart Rate Increase In The Morning?

when i get up in the morning my heart rate goes up as high140.When i set down or take a asprin i can get it back to about 79. AT nite beats r 65. My dr. put me on nadol and it drop to40 in the hospital i was told not to let it get below 50. I am so tired of this can u help.
