Why Does My Hip Dislocates When I Try To Move It In A Certain Way?

hi :) basically, im 14 years old and my hip kinda like dislocates :/ when i do it on purpose, its fine and doesnt hurt, however, when i accidently do it, it kills :| all you hear is a MASSIVE click and sometimes when i move my hip to put it over my leg or something, it may or may not click (loudly). and, all in all, if you put your hand on my hip, you can feel it click out of place and it's noticeable too. It stops me from doing a few things which annoys me, especially running (as i used to be mega fast) but now i havent run for years :/ please help ?
