Why Does My Knee Still Feel Strange, Sometimes Like It’s Wet, Two Months After Leg Soreness From Walking In The Cold?

Hi I whas walking to work one day it whas snowy and cold and I got this weird feeling in my knee. my full leg whas sore for about 2 3 weeks then it started going away but my knee is still feeling very weird sometimes it feels like it s wet that s been 2 months now
