Hi! Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I read your query. Bleeding from gums can be due to several reasons main being Gum disease, Vitamin c deficiency, etc.
I suggest you to maintain good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day, specially at night to avoid any food left sticking in gums. Use mouthwash with tannic acid.
Floss everyday.
Take good diet, lots of fluids, multivitamin supplements.
Visit dentist regularly and get oral prophylaxis done every 6 months to a year as suggested.
If bleeding persists longer, get blood test done for anemia, clotting factors and consult a physician.
Hope the answer helps you. Thank you!
