hello doc....after i masturbate my penis pains sooo much..it pains so badly that i cant even touch it..is there a way not to get pain after i masturbate?

Good Day
This could be due to possible stricture or urinary infection in the urethra. You need to drink plenty of water around 1-2 litres of water a day. Get your urine tested and visit a Urologist to help you in this regard in finding the cause and treating you.
