Why Does My Right Collarbone And Chest Hurt When I Breathe Deeply Or Laugh After A Night Of Drinking?

My collarbone on the right side right before the area of my shoulder and on the right side of my chest hurts when i breathe deeply and especially when i laugh. the pain started after a night of drinking in which i passed out; not sure if those two are related but just in case
