Why Does My Shoulder Itch Inside The Joint?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I injured my shoulder pretty bad years ago ang have had problems with pain and decreased ROM since. last night there was severe pain and itching INSIDE the joint. What is the itching? how can I stop it?
