Hello and welcome to HCM,
Spots on the body can be seen in a number of conditions.
Are the spots associated with any discharge?
Are the spots red or white?
Is there associated fever or body aches?
Is there history of similar spots in children of same age in your locality?
All these questions need to be addressed before making diagnosis.
A picture of the spots will be highly helpful.
It is difficult to comment without getting complete history.
You can post complete history.
There is provision of posting images and reports on the paid queries and not on free questions.

Thanks and take care
