Why does my throat hurt in the evenings? It hurts to swallow, even my own salivation. Even my tongue starts to feel like it s swollen and painful near the back by the throat? The first time it happened, I thought I might be coming down with a cold, but it was gone by morning. Then, it reoccurred that evening and returns several evenings in a row. I am not taking any medications and, to my knowledge, do not suffer from any allergies. Please help!
I feel this is due to the change in temperature or an underlying infection, causing these symptoms, it may also be due to an inflammation of the lymph nodes of the throat , you must see an ENT doctor for an examination .
Wish you good health
