Why Does My Toddler Have Persistent Mucus Despite Nebulization And Anti-allergy Treatment?

Hi doctor hope u doin well, may daughter is 1 year.. am she is having mucus problem, her nose is always runinjg , I can hear the khrrr khrr voice of mucus in her chest , I give her Nido 1+,she can’t breath at night properly.. doctor always give ask me to nebolize n give anti allergy.. but mucus is not vanishing she always feels vomit while eating cuz of mucus
