Hi, i feel like am pregnant. my stomach looks big and feels this hardness underneath my stomach. This is my result from the ultrasound. A normal sized anteverted uterus with a regular border and homogeneous myometrial echo texture measuring about 53mmX33mm in LXAP diameter respectively. The endometrial plate appears normal. The adnexae are free No myoma seen Pouch of douglas is empty Empty uterus
