OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your history, the possibilities are:
-Postcoital tear.
This may occur due abnormal position or disparity between genital organs etc.
-Local lesions like cervical erosion, polyps etc.
Pelvic infection can lead to cervical erosion.

Bleeding due to small postcoital tear will subside soon.
In case of larger postcoital tear, repair may be needed.
Cervical erosion, polyp etc can lead to repeated bleeding episodes.
So, if the bleeding persists or repeats, let her once consult gynecologist and get examined.
By examination the possible cause of the problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
Take care.
