Why Does My Vagina Feel Like Its Tensing?

My vagina feels like its tensing all the time but mainly just pushing out if you get me and it feels sore because it s obviously been doing it for so long but when I try to tense it the opposite way it just ends up doing the same thing again , I don t know why it does this

I think that the skin of the vagina may be dry and I will suggest you to start having a course of vitamin E supplements (vitamin-E with Primrosa tablet) for 30 days.
