Hello, I have a son, circumcised at birth , probabaly two weeks after- he seems not to have a penile errection. It is a concern to me. Is he normal? he is now about a year and a half. I have never seen his penis errect. His mama says he used to manipulate it and she stopped him, but in those times, it could be errect...

due to some hormonal change infant can have erection
but its for short time ,as hormone level fall,he become normal
he doesnot need any treatment
