Why Does One Don T Have Bath And Neither Allows Anybody To Wash Her?

Hi I have a client that wont wash up or bathe, I had her for about 3 1/2 weeks and she refused to bathe. The family say she won t let them wash her up either. I am the care giver who service her for four hours a day. Before I came she has not been bathe in two months.

Not taking bath for so long is a physcho logical problem . To know the problem psycho analysis is required. After knowing the reason she can be persuaded to take bath. Necessary precaution is to be taken as per advice of psychologist.
