Hello,
I can feel your concern and pain and i would try my best to guide you properly. You have not mentioned so many things, so i would like to know few things from your side.
You have mentioned that you are diabetic and i would like to know since how many years you are diabetic and medications you are taking for this. I also want to know about your husband's semen report and your hormonal profile with all of your reports. You can come back to me anytime with all these informations.
IUI is not 100% successful and you need to be patient to get positive results or else you can change your gynecologists. Consulting fees depend on doctor to doctor, so can not comment about this.
So my advise to you is to be patient for some more time while following your doctor's guidance and then you can change your gynecologist.
