Why Does One Get A Dead Sensation In The Leg?

Hi for the last few weeks ive neem getting a dead sensation in my right leg, and it aches, always when im lying down, its very uincomfortable and stops me sleeping, this has now moved to my arms, and im breathless with a pain in my back, any ideas what could be causing this?
