Why Does One Get A Feeling Of Blood Clot Inside The Body?

hi, i have just misscarried yesterday and i feel very much i have a blood clot stuck inside i have had a look with a mirror and things i feel dont look right i have tried to use my finger and i can not get my finger in hole to help get it out have ou any iead?? please help me
