Why Does One Get A Weird Feeling In The Ribs?

im not sure whats wrong with me, or how to describe it. but i keep getting this wierd feeling behind right where the bottom part of right where my ribs meet. it feels like something is moving around inside of me and it gives me really wierd head rushes...am i going to die?
