Why Does One Get Cramps Before The Periods?

Hi there! After my ovulation I started feeling nauseous for 2-3days them started to get cramps, sore breast up until 8dpo at 9dpo everything stopped all symptoms, 10dpo and I feel bloated and breast still sore took a BFN on 9dpo shows negative .... I never have cramps that early before my period . What s wrong with me
