Why Does One Get Pain In The Breast While Feeding A Baby?

hi..I have a stabbing pain, post feeding my baby, in my left breast that is going all the way to the neck. I can also see some bluish viens and small lumps on that breast. When the baby finished suckling, he has some milk always spilling out of that breast and the nipple is slightl whitish. Please help
