Dear Sir,

According to Diagnostic Report, my Hemoglobin percentage is less and Thyroid percentage is high. Though I look fresh, I feel weak and I have to sleep at least 10 hours/day. Gradually I am loosing my sexual excitement also. What should I do now? Please advice. Thanks. Rani, Mumbai.

Hi,

Thyroid problems do lead to loss of libido. Get physically examined at regular intervals & take thyroid medications as prescribed. Do not neglect follow up treatment.

Stay away from stress, anxiety, avoid a sedentary lifestyle, stop taking oily, junk food & do regular exercise.

Switch to a healthy lifestyle, take food rich in iron, calcium, magnesium & zinc. Take adequate sleep. Stay away from addictions if any. You can take Evion - 400mg daily for 20 days.

Get your pelvis examined, you may need HRT done to improve your sex life. Use vaginal lubricants at foreplay before penetration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
