Why Does One Have Uneasiness In Bending Down?
hi,
while cleaning the floor i felt pain in my lower back ...when i visited my doctor he said i hurt my spinal disc..and he prescribed Hifenac-P and i am taking it from past 2 days .......right now i can do my work and i am normally going to office as well..but uneasy in bending down...last year i was diagnosed with chondromalasia in my left knee....so my worry is do i need to take supplements to strong my connective tissue? since i am a vegetarian and do i lack collagen in my diet..?
can u please tel me will this condition is curable.
