Why Does One See Blood In The Underwear?
My husband woke up this morning with blood in the front of his underwear. He said he has not seen any in his urine. There are no scratches or cuts or any irritated areas around his groin area anywhere. Not sure what this could be. He has no pain ar anything in his abdomen.

It can be due to minor stones or calculi someway in his urinary tract. Go for a ultrasound scan to look for any possible stones. If symptoms persist, better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.
