Why Does One Suffer From Hot Flush Post Hysterectomy?

i had total hysterectomy last year for fibroid uterus and ovarian cyst. ihad total thyroidectomy 1 and half year ago for papillary ca thyroid. now i am only on thyroxin 150mg and calcium. i didnt take any other hormon tab. i am suffering of hot flush many times a day. please give me advise
