Why Does Over Eating Cause The Eyes And Head To Pop Out ?

I am 18 years old. I try to lost some weight ,right now Im 5 1 and 107 pounds want to be 100. I do at least 1 hour work out everyday since 2 months but now get any result. I eat healthy food until I full than i can live. when I eat little my head head and my eyes brow come out. why happen with my health? please help

Ideal way to loose weight is exercise and diet control. But you have to do it under expert advice.Could not follow what doyoumean by head and eye brow comming out. Do you mean you feel hungry. Then you should not be hurry in loosing weight. It should be slow and and as per capability.It may be delayed but result will be good. Every thing you should do under doctors advice.You should go for general health check up by physician.
