Why Does Painful Period And Back Pain Persist After D And C And Fibroid Removal?

I recently had a d and c and had a fibroid removed. Was suppose to have an ablasion but fibroid was bigger then thought and they left a divit in the lining 97% of fibroid was removed.Just finished first cycle since procedure and still presented all the syptoms prior to procedures. Heavy heavy very painful period large clots right hip pain that radiates towards my back its a burning dull ache that last after period has stopped. Will feel it through out month.
