Why Does Skin Turn Black After Stopping Melaglow And Dremz?

hai doctor im using melaglow and dremz cream in the ratio of 2:1 for past 2yrs. when i stop using these creams for 1week my skin turns black... why? is this combo of creams is good? it will cause some problems in the future? what cream should i use regularly to maintain my fairness?

Hi,

Do you had any history of trivial trauma? It can be from that or a superficial skin infection. If you send a picture of the affected area then it will be more helpful. Blood routine investigation and sugar levels should be checked to rule out any signs of infection. Antibiotics will be required in such case.
