Why Does Stress Cause Diarrhea And Abdominal Bloating?

Sir, since 4 years i was suffering loose motion when i getting tension and same time relax with alcohol instantly i getting loose motion two three days continuously and also stomach become a balloon i think i have with HBP along with digestive problem. how can i sovle this problem,still not i am not eat bp tablet
