Why Does The Condom Keep Falling Off ?

My boyfriend and I have only had sex three times, and each time the condom has fallen off. It s not inside out, and I really don t think he s too small for the condom. (He s like seven inches). It s always fallen off before ejaculation, and I m on the pill, so no worries on the pregnancy front. But what the heck ?
