Why Does The Heart Beat Rate Fall When Sleeping?
When I sleep, my heart rate fall to 45bpm, is it bad? I blood pressure is normal during the day. May be it a reason why I get numb hands?
I am 34, 6 feet, 230 lbs, light asthma, had broken elbows, I may have a light capral tunnel syndrome (not diagnosed).

Heart rate falls naturally during sleep due to vagal stimulation, which is normal. This would not account for hand numbness, which is probably related to your carpal tunnel.
