Why Does The Leg Become Bruised Post A Hematoma Procedure?

i had a hematoma in my leg that looked something like a second knee cap. it developed under some stitches (4 stitches covering about a 2.5 inch area) and doctors removed the stitches and popped the hematoma. leg is very bruised and it is getting increasingly harder to stand on it. intense throbbing when it is vertical. it has only been 3 days but what should i do?

Well come to HCM
Because of the oozing under the wound hematoma forms still the wound need to be properly examined for any bleeder and if found this need to be tied this is the only way to stop the further formation of hematoma, anti-biotic is advisable, take care.
