Why Does The Skin On My Testicles Become Hard?

Hi Doctor, I feel some hard skin on my testicles skin.. I apply a skin cream for some days, it becomes normal but after some days it again becomes hard. I am having this problem from about a year. I feel itching there and some cuts type skin comes there. How I can get permanent solution?

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Eczema with Chronic irritant? Fungal infection/Jockey's itch? or Seborrheic dermatitis.
Other causes of Chronic dermatitis like-soap/ oil/ and chronic infection/ improper hygiene of the private parts/ Chronic dermatitis with bacterial infection,filariasis/systemic heart diseases like CCF,anemia /hypo-proteinemia causing edema of the scrotal skin,needs to be kept in mind while fixing the cause of hardened thick skin of the testicle.
