Hello,
You do USG abdomen pelvis once if it's normal. Your husband should do serum FSH, LH, testosterone then testicular Doppler then Clomiphene 25 mg alternate days for 3 months and 7 days course of antibiotics for Doxycycline and Metronidazole and repeat husband semen analysis. You after follicular study go for IUI.
