Why Does The Swelling On Lymph Nodes In Neck Increase On Wearing Necklaces?

I am 24 years old. When i was 20 i got chicken pox and it made my lymph node on the back of my neck swollen. To this day that lymphnode goes up and down in swelling, usually up when it comes to cold weather or when i have things like necklaces on/any pressure on it. What could this mean?

lymph node enlarged since last 4 years is not a general thing...
please get chech up done by ur physician... get some investigation like local ultrasonogram and FNAC to pin point the exact cause of enlargement of lymphnode...
