Why Does The Uterus Turn Bulky?

Hi, I am 36 years old, 5'8'' tall, and weigh 145lb. Not sexually active, but hoping to get pregnant after getting married soon.

I just got this ultrasound report. What does it mean?:

Non gravid, anteverted and bulky uterus seen. Endometrial plate is ill-defined. Myometrial echo texture is heterogenous. No sonographic evidence of chesis seen. Two hypoechoic sold masses are seen. Mass A is seen at the anterior segment of uterus measuring 68mm * 64mm suggestive of sub-mucosal leiomyoma. Mass 2 is seen at the posterior segment of the uterus measuring 98mm * 83mm extending towards the abdominal cavity suggestive of intra-mural leiomyoma. The POD is free. No adnexae pathology seen. Urinary bladder is normal.



IMP: Multiple uterine leiomyoma (submucosal and intramural) extending towards the abdominal cavity.
