Why Does The Vaginal Opening Of My Twin Daughters Look Different?

I have twin daughters and have noticed a significant difference in their vaginal opening when changing their diapers, at the age of 3.5 one is very interested in that particular area. Is it possible for her to rupture her hymen, or should I be concerned about other reasons her vaginal opening looks different or is it normal to look different.
