Why Does Urine Split Into Two Streams?
Hellooo, i m contacting you because today my urine split into two streams. I ve been told by my doctor not to drink sodas or acidic drinks due to the fact that it gives me painful/burning urination. I experienced displeasure in my Penis about one week ago and I have not felt any painful symptoms since then. Today, however, I drink a Lipton ice tea (similar to a soda or acidic drink), I have not felt that much pain, but my urine split into two streams. Should I be worried? Or meet with a doctor ?

It happens when the edges of the urethra get temporarily stuck together. The urethra is the tube that carries urine (and also semen, in men) out of the body. This sticky situation is often caused by dry ejaculate that doesn't fully exit the urethra.
