Hi. I'm 21 year old. 5ft and 40 kgs. My HB level is 10.4.
Well the problem with me is that when ever i climb stairs, shout it feels like my heart is popping out of my chest. My heartbeat becomes so fast. But 4 days back i felt dizziness, severe headache, my heartbeat was so fast and loud all of a sudden..like drums. I tried to go out of my room but couldn't walk..i almost fainted. I wasn't in my senses and I don't know what was going on at that time i was so light headed.. What is going on? :/

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the anemia, and there appears to be some blood loss, due to hook worm or some thing else.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms iron syrup, ranitidine, albendazol, protein suppliments.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
