Why Experiencing Mild Headaches And Cramping With Delay In Period?

I am 7 days late for my cycle, I took two hpt test one at 4 days lateand one a 6 days late both negative. I am usually very regular and go every 28 days. However alst month my cycle came about 5 days early. I am not really sure what is going on. I am also experiencing mild headache,mild cramping and as well as being overly cold. Is there a possiblity I could be pregnant oris this something else?

I think that the first thing that is required for this condition is a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Also, I would suggest a thyroid profile test and prolactin test done.
