Why Eyes Were Moving Fast And Sweating Profusely After Waking Up At Night?

hi.i was woke up in my sleep last night..my eyes was moving from side to side rapidly,broke out in a sweat,got sick.any moving made me nausea,this has never happened before.can you help me under stand what happened.now this morning i have a slight headache.thank you

Probably you are getting night terrors which occurs during NREM sleep. Dreams in this sleep can't be recollected contrary to nightmares occurring during REM sleep. If episodes are really troublesome then try tab conotril MD.
Pay attention to following red flags and consult nearest neurologist if present.
1. Tongue bite
2.urinary incontinence
3. Witnessed convulsions
4. Frothing from mouth.

If some one wake up suddenly from sleep particularly from the rapid eye movement sleep phase then such symptoms is very likely and this is just nothing to worry because immediately person gain the alertness, hope this helps.
