Hi, I have gone through your question. Fertigyn injection is hCG hormone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus. It is usually given in early pregnancy for 12-14 weeks.
It is generally given in patients with threatened abortion or in case of spotting in pregnancy when the cause is haemorrhage around the foetus(subchorionic haemorrhage).
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
