Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that you are having problem of seeing lights even after closing the eyes following seeing of a bright light.
This is called as after images. This is seen following seeing bright light. It is normal to have this effect for few seconds following seeing bright light. Since it is persisting even after 2 days this requires evaluation by a eye doctor to rule out retinal damage.
Hence I advice you to consult ophthalmologist preferably retinal specialist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
