Why Has My Son With Infantile Spasms Been Prescribed Omnacortil And Lanzol Junior?

My son is infantile spasm and is at high peak now he is 8month old...he was taking levera but now the doc want him to eat omnacortil and lanzol junior 15 mg...and when I do some research about this medicine this medicine belong to allergies not anything related to his condition like having sizure..or spasm..any hint can you give me please...
