Why Have I Been Feeling Cold All The Time Which Requires Me To Always Wear Many Layers Of Clothing To Keep Warm?

Hello I have been very cold for years and don t know what to do about it. I have to always wear extra cloths. Air Conditioner bothers me Have to have something on and I make every one around me hot. I hate being cold all the time.
