Why Have I Been Having Brown Discharge From My Vagina?

Hi, I’ve been having brown discharge from my vagina and currently I took a test which says I had UTI but my vagina really looks unhealthy just like a person with yeast thrush but according to the doctor she says there’s no yeast cell present I’ve been on drugs but still don’t feel better What could be the problem please. Good day

Hi,

I feel the brown discharge is definitely indicative of vaginal infection. I would suggest to get histopathological test of vaginal swab. This will confirm the causative organism, which can be cured by cause specific treatment. Please consult your gynecologist with investigation report.
