Why Have I Been Having Pain In My Neck While Turning My Head For 3 Weeks?

I have been having pain in my neck for 3weeks the pain stem to the movement of turning my neck to the right I have pain on the left side of my head and same if I turn to th left the left side of my head hurts, when the tightness can become unbearable that it makes me nauseous. I have seen a Dr. had MRI. No relief
