Why Have I Had Pain Around The Umbilicus With Serious Sanguineous Drainage?

I had my gallbladder removed approximately 10-12 years ago laparoscopically. Over the past couple of months I have had pain around the umbilicus with serous saguinous drainage. Occasionally it gets inflamed. Have tenderness to touch. I wash it out with soap and water during shower then with a Q tip and rubbing alcohol. Just wondering what it could be.
